Our Collegiate Flex® rim comes standard on the MegaSlam 72. The patented design offers break-away action with our Single Pivot® engineering, allowing for slam dunks on the front of the rim.
180° Pro Rim® Upgrade
Upgrade to our pro-style rim which offers break-away action from a full 180° like the rims the pros use. Directional Flex® Technology allows for slam dunks in any direction. Recessed Hideaway Net® attachment protects your hands when jamming. (Patent pending.)

SOLID, EASY TO ASSEMBLE PRODUCT
After researching other products, our family decided the MEGA SLAM 72 would be the best purchase. The communication after the order was placed was impressive. As stated prior to ordering, delivery is only available curbside. Please consider getting it delivered to your place of employment like I did if that is a needed option. Packaging is very secure and protects the parts well. The assembly instructions are clear and there are not that many steps to complete the install. The backboard is very heavy as they warn you. I would never attempt to install it from ladders. I used a trailer we own to act as an elevated platform.

Solid Hoop
I received my hoop within a week of placing my order on a pallet. I could tell when I started to unpack it that it was very high-quality stuff! The directions and the videos online were extremely helpful in getting my hoop set up. Highly recommend this purchase!

The NBA is in my backyard
After hours of research I settled on the Mega slam Hoop due to the perceived quality and competitive price. I went with the 72 with the 180 pro. Delivery was super fast. Shipped next day and it was at local distribution center in 3 days from purchase. Unfortunately, it took 8 more days to get it to my house due to local carrier issues. They aren't kidding. This thing is solid and weights a ton. Get help to move it and assemble it (especially the backboard). The quality is superb and it shows that it is built to last and built with pride. Great job Mega Slam team. Assembly was a piece of cake once you figure out what size the bolt and nuts are (would be great if it was listed in the instruction manual). After assembling it, it is clear the engineers thought this through and the team that makes the parts take pride in their work. great welds, great coating, great packaging. All and all, I am extremely happy with this product and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality hoop that I am sure will last for decades. Kids love it. Our backyard is now the neighborhood playground. Also: prior to purchase I called their number and spoke to one of their employees (I got the sense he was an engineer but not certain). I wanted to get info about the I-bars as my slab pour was scheduled prior to the arrival. The gentleman was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions. The call made it obvious I wanted to buy their product.
